Who we are and how we're governed
Lago Grande 3A Condominium Association, Inc. was established on July 26, 1982, in Hialeah, Florida, and is home to 104 units across 13 residential buildings. Our Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up entirely of unit owners who donate their time to manage the community's finances, maintenance, and administration on behalf of every owner.
